If you are a fan of Arma II, you are surely going to love DayZ. Even though it is a mod of the game, it has plenty to offer and will keep you entertained for hours. The mod will transform military confrontations into intense survival scenarios in a world that has been infested by zombies. You have to keep in mind that the original Arma II game is required for this mod to actually work. Even though your goal is simple, the game is brutal and ruthless.
Apart from avoiding being turned into a zombie, you will have to travel from city to city. You will need to look for ammunition, food and weapons to aid your cause. The idea here is to adapt to the hostile world and use it to your advantage. If you are not able to do so, it will only be a matter of time before you die and then start from scratch all over again.
Since it is a multiplayer game, you will be sharing this world with other players as well. Even if you do come across human players, their intentions are unknown to you. You will never know what they are trying to achieve and whether they are alone or are accompanied with allies of their own. You will have to be careful and stay on guard. A good alliance can ensure you survive but the unpredictability of the game is what will keep you at the edge of your seat.
